Pathetic place to stay....not even think of this hotel..if you wana ruin your holiday then go ahead and book this hotel.... No service.. no food...they will not even bother to look wat is requirement of customer If u want to hav food need to plead and then after hours of waitin dey come up with excuses that u can adjust

Guys if u r going to kihim beach please avoid booking Prassana hotel. I hav never seen such arrogant peoples in my life. As a customer we expect good service. But at this place if u ask for any thng the hotel staff act as they are customer and we have to provide service to them. Food is pathetic....and if more peoples r arrived in hotel dal, curry in all such food items water is added to make up for more customers. We have to wait for 3 hrs for boil eggs. Instead go for other options like the l
