Pune to Velneshwar there are two routes one via Kumbarli ghat and one via Mahabaleshwar the shorter route is via Kumbarli ghat..
Pune - Satara - Umbraj - Patan - Chiplun - Velneshwar
The alternate route is via the Mahabaleshwar however it would be slightly longer than the Kumbarli route
Pune - Surur - Wai - Panchgani - Mahabaleshwar - Poladpur - Khed - Chiplun - Velneshwar
