Hiranyakeshi Temple..

Hiranyakeshi temple in Amboli is a temple dedicated to Goddess Parvati. The Hiranyakeshi river originates from a cave adjacent to the temple and flows out from the 'Kund'. Hiranyakeshi temple houses a Shivling, Ganapati idol and the Hiranyakeshi Devi idol

The Madhavgad Fort built by Sawants is located at a distance of 3 kms from Amboli. Madhavgad fort although in ruins, offer sweeping views of the surrounding forest valleys and even the Konkan coast. The fort can be reached only from the northern side and extends some beautiful bird’s-eye views of the Konkan coast.
